Strapless pleated tulle organza ostrich feather embellished gown

This strapless gown is made of ruched tulle and pleated organza, adorned with black and white ostrich feathers. The skirt is layered to reveal legs as a mini dress while fully covered to the floor. The skirt can be fully lined upon request for more coverage.
